Among the diagnoses to be mentioned before a brain tumor, that of tuberculosis has retained a significant place in developing countries. The extra-axial form poses a real problem of differential diagnosis, especially with meningioma. We report a case of a cerebral tuberculoma mimicking meningioma. A histological study is necessary in order to make a correct diagnosis and plan an adequate and early medical procedure.

Pineoblastoma is a tumor derived from primitive neuroectodermal cells. It is a highly malignant tumor in pediatric age groups. The prognosis of pineoblastoma is very poor than other supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNET). Pineoblstoma arises from pineal parenchyma. We report a case of 2 years boy with history of several episode of convulsion and gradual weakness of left side of body with altered level of consciousness. On MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) it revealed a mixed intensity lesion on right frontotemporal region mainly in the frontal and temporal base. After evaluation we did right frontotemporal craniotomy and debulking of tumor histopathology revealed pineoblastoma which was confirmed by immunohistochemistry.

Intracranial ependymomas are tumors derived from ependymal cells. In addition to the problems of excision posed by their location, intracranial ependymomas have a prognosis that is difficult to define because of the risk of recurrence or neurological dissemination at a distance from the initial focus. We report a clinical case of a patient operated on in 2009 of an ependymoma grade II in right temporal, reoperated in 2014 for a grade III anaplastic ependymoma in the sacral region. This case has been studied in order to draw attention to this particular secondary localization of intracranial ependymoma.
